			<description>&lt;p&gt;I wrote an article back in June of 2008 that remains the most viewed entry on my forum page. I&amp;nbsp; wrote it during a time of recovery from a shoulder surgery that dragged out from 6 to 8 weeks, becoming 23 weeks. This unexpected down time was not planned for and had damaging potential in my household.
