What is Cornerstone 101?
It is an informational session(s) taught by Pastor Ron that covers Cornerstone & E-Free church history, our core values, vision, statement of faith, church ministries & structure. It includes hands on application on how to be an influence for Christ to others. It is an informal time with plenty of time for discussion and Q&A. It also is a time to get to know other Cornerstone people & is part of the membership process along with filling out an application and having a short meeting with the elders.
Why be a member?
Being a member shows that you are serious about having a long-term active role in Cornerstone. It shows that you believe in what our church stands for, and that you want to have the accountability of a church body. You also will have voting responsibilities and be able to hold leadership positions in the church.
When is the next Cornerstone 101?
Saturday Febuary 13th from 9-3:30 meeting at Ron & Lola’s house. Lunch & child care included! Everyone is welcome whether you want to be a member or you just want to learn more about Cornerstone. |
