Station 3 - Healing
We serve a sovereign God and we desire to see His will fulfilled both in the world and our individual lives. He determines the times and seasons of our lives and we do not seek to short-circuit any work that He is doing in us and through us. God has taught us to pray and in fact commands us to seek Him. So we follow the Scriptural example and pray for one another.
"Is any one of you in trouble? He should pray. Is anyone happy? Let him sing songs of praise. Is any one of you sick? He should call the elders of the church to pray over him and anoint him with oil in the name of the Lord. And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise him up. If he has sinned, he will be forgiven. Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous man is powerful and effective." James 5:13-16
The Pastor and Elders are available to pray for and with you if you desire to take the step of faith in being anointed with oil and personal confession if necessary.
Pray for those in our congregation who are recovering or suffering from ailments and struggles whether they are physical, emotional, mental or relational in nature.
